Top Chef winner named by Food & Wine magazine

Food & Wine jumped the gun and posted and then unposted an interview with the new winner of Bravo’s Top Chef, and EaterLA has the details. The MySpace page is also a tip-off. Here’s a hint: he was once judge Tom Colicchio’s line cook.

If it’s any consolation, none of ANTM’s winners are really models, either.
