About Me

***an update…actually, just more about who i am.  i was born in stuttgart, germany in an american army hospital.  it was march 26, 1962 that i took my first breath, a month earlier than expected.  my mom says i was a breech birth…lol, i came out ass backwards…stubborn as hell and determined not to be normal in anyway.

this means i’m 44 years old.  i’m also a female, a mother, a sister, daughter, ex-wife, soon-to-be married for the second time, my fiancee is the same sex as me, my first husband was a man, we were married for 17 years, he and i were off and on for 6 years before we got married, during my first marriage we abopted my now 14 y/o son.

i’m not an extroverted person, everything i write about myself from this point on is very painful for me to share. the only reason i’m writing about my life so far is that my friends and family think i’ve lead an interesting and tumultous life. i’m beginning to agree with their position that i “could write a book”…i’m also hoping that with some of the insight i’ve gained through my own personal experiences that i may be able to help someone else.

Yea, and help myself stand up on my own 2 feet again. I need to get my life back on track. It’s been almost impossible to achieve anything because life keeps throwing me curveballs and i keep making stupid mistakes…

i know that i am personally responsible for the mistakes i make as an adult. what i don’t understand is how no one ever sees the huge gaping scars and wounds i have on my psyche…i don’t want them too.
